although my preferred medium is oil painting, my art experience also includes photography, printmaking, graphic design, and production/set design.

reflections 


reflections is a series of works focused on reflective surfaces. i portray these surfaces as physical manifestations of mental self-reflection, capturing the subtle ways i notice my surroundings mirroring my inner world. 

each piece begins with a candid, unstaged reference photo taken in everyday life— moments when i catch glimpses of myself in the objects around me. as someone who observes fragments of their identity in the inanimate, i hope these works invite viewers to do the same: to recognize something of themselves reflected back to them.
